2019 Unclaimed Consumer Patronage

BARRY ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE HAS UNCLAIMED CONSUMER PATRONAGE REFUNDS FOR CUSTOMERS DURING SERVICE YEARS 1993, 1994, 1995 and 2015.

Notice is hereby given to the following former and/or present customers that the cooperative holds unclaimed patronage credits.  These refunds are for the service years 1993, 1994, 1995 and 2015.  The cooperative board of directors authorized payment on these accounts in December 2016.  The list of names is available at barryelectric.com/unclaimed-capital-credit-list/ or in the office.

To establish your claim you must contact the Barry Electric Cooperative office, 4015 Main Street, PO Box 307, Cassville Missouri 65625, phone 417-847-2131.

Any member or former member who fails to claim any capital credits or other payment within two (2) years after payment has been made available to such person shall have made an irrevocable assignment and gift to the cooperative of such capital credits or other payments.

If these credits are not duly claimed within sixty (60) days following this publication, the same shall be turned over to the cooperative and made an irrevocable assignment and gift to the cooperative.
